Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship worldwide using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or DPD.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size. The total cost will be displayed before completing your order.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Return Policy

You have the right to return products purchased from the Veloce Online Shop within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To start a return, please contact us at [insert email address] before sending anything back.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, labels, and documentation must be included.

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or part of the Beta Testing Program cannot be returned unless defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or version), please return the original item and place a new order through our online shop.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
